Job summary

ADP is hiring an Implementation Project Manager II in Louisville. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with remote work, balancing initiation, planning, execution, and closure of client onboarding projects to meet time and budget goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, create comprehensive project plans, and communicate status to stakeholders. A minimum of three years in project management and a business administration degree are expected.

Qualifications

• At least three years of project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client onboarding, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
• Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets and present to clients, advisors to review rollout.
• Direct day-to-day activities working with clients and sales to onboard new clients.
• Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of all implementation milestones.
• Lead communication with stakeholders such as clients, sales, advisors and team members through completion of the project.
• Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.
• Direct project timeliness.
• Assess, manage, resolve and escape risks and issues.
• Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual clients.
• Manage a large book of clients in various stages of the implementation process.

This position is hybrid, working 3 days in the Louisville office and 2 days from home each week.

In this position, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a large book of clients in various stages of the implementation process

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• At least three years of project management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Direct experience working with clients
• Knowledge of functional area and related company products
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
