Job summary

ADP is hiring a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and successful delivery of projects within designated timeframes and budgets. You will manage project phases, teams and stakeholders to ensure goals are met on time and within scope.

Required: at least three years of project management experience, ADP Workforce Now (WFN) knowledge, and up to 20% travel. A college degree is helpful but not required; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

• Direct project timeliness and budgets.
• Assess, manage, resolve and escalation (if necessary) risks and issues.
• Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects.
• Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner.
• Work on projects of high complexity.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

• Experience noted above, OR
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

REFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• PMP or equivalent professional project management certification.
• Implementation experience ishighlypreferred.
• Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies
• Knowledge of functional area and related company products
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio
