Job summary

Lanvera seeks an Implementation Project Manager to join our Client Services team. You will lead onboarding and complex implementation projects, coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

You will drive requirements gathering, create time estimates, manage change management and migration activities, and track progress in project systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent client facing communication skills both verbal and written.

• Experience in fast-paced environments and change.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret technical documentation.
• Creation of functional business requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
• Ability to motivate and encourage project team members.
• 3-10 years of Project Management experience.
• BS/BA degree in applicable field; PMP preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services or SAAS implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new customer on-boarding projects with professionalism and detail.
• Execute multiple, complex large scale implementation projects.
• Drive requirements estimation from business needs to SOW acceptance.
• Manage multiple change management projects from inception to completion.
• Manage the change order process for assigned book of business.
• Assemble level of effort estimates with multiple functions and drive targets.
• Maintain project management systems to track, measure and report progress.
• Identify process improvements and advocate for change.
• Maintain comprehensive requirements traceability through lifecycle, from ID to testing.
• Facilitate requirements review meetings for stakeholder approvals.
• Manage system migrations for clients (internal or external).

THE POSITION - ONSITE 80%

Lanvera is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join our Client Services team.The Implementation Project Manager will play a pivotal role in implementation and changing management projects.The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service focus and have experience managing multiple projects in a client-facing environment. They will be able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical project resources.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Manage new customer on-boarding projects with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Execute multiple, complex large scale implementation projects
• Drive requirements estimation process from business requirements gathering to time estimating and acceptance of Statement of Work (SOW)
• Manage multiple change management projects from inception to completion.
• Manage the change order process for assigned book of business
• Work effectively with multiple job functions to assemble level of effort estimates for new client projects and drive the projects to meet those estimates
• Maintain the project management systems to track, measure and report on project progress
• Identify areas for improvement in the project management process and advocate for change
• Maintain comprehensive requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, from initial identification to final testing.
• Facilitate requirements review meetings to obtain approval from project stakeholders.
• Manage system (internal or external) migration for clients.
