Implementation Project Manager I

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using in‑house project management software.
- Communicate project expectations and progress to clients, team members, and executive teams in a timely and clear manner.
- Create and sustain a high‑functioning project team to meet project goals.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate owners.
- Assess and manage the risk of schedule changes; create, implement, and track assessment, impact, and action plans.
- Work with vendors to ensure dependent tasks are managed and completed on time.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Quantitatively plan and organize project team’s capacity.
- Ensure optimal use of capacities, set priorities, and solve bottlenecks.
- Demonstrate initiative and drive within a fast‑paced environment.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties.
- Lead initiatives for continuous process improvements.
- Act as a SME regarding the project management function, project details, and system capabilities.
What You Need to Make the Cut
- 4–5 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Experience in client onboarding, benefits administration, or SaaS solution implementation.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work within tight delivery time frames.
- Change management and stakeholder management leadership experience.
- Fluency with MS Office tools.
- Experience leading multiple complex projects with successful results (scope, schedule, budget).
- Experience defining and documenting processes and driving continuous improvement via metrics.
- Exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
- Cross‑functional project participation.
Pay range: $67,000 to $105,000 per year. Salary determined by education, experience, and market.
Bonus: Eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
