Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Program Manager in Chicago to lead project scoping, detailed implementation planning, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams, clients, and third parties. This role drives on-time, high-quality implementations and manages steering committees with senior client decision makers.

Responsibilities include budget management, weekly status reporting, and ensuring a smooth transition to steady-state servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s in finance or accounting.
• PMP/CPA/CFA is an added advantage.
• 8+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience with external clients.
• Experience implementing software solutions in Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance.
• Consulting experience.
• Securities or financial markets experience.

• Serve as trusted relationship manager ensuring timely responses to client inquiries.

• Run multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.

Required Skills

• Expert technical proficiency in JIRA, Excel, Monday.com, and Salesforce; ability to explore, trial, and recommend new tools and technologies as business needs arise.
• Strong background in Financial Services, including Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Insurance, and FinTech.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects within a matrix reporting environment.
• Solid knowledge of investment accounting and reporting practices.
• Product expertise in Private Investments, RNFs, LIHTC, and IRR calculations.
• In-depth understanding of LP/GP relationships in private markets.
• Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and delivery models.
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s and/or master's in finance or accounting.
• PMP/CPA/CFA is an added advantage.
• 8+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients.
• Proven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance space.
• Consulting experience.
• Securities or financial markets experience.

Salary Range

$100,000.00 - $140,000.00

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
