Job summary

Personify Health in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Associate Project Manager on the Implementation team to keep new client deployments on schedule. You will support the full lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, tracking deliverables and flagging risks early to protect client confidence.

You’ll build detailed project plans, drive deadline accountability across cross-functional groups, and lead internal meetings to remove blockers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare benefits environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with project management tools and workflows

Responsibilities

• Support the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
• Create and own detailed project plans with realistic deadlines.
• Track deliverables and escalate missed milestones to leadership.
• Lead internal meetings to surface blockers and drive solutions.
• Identify and manage risks to keep implementations on track.
• Audit new client system setups before go-live.
