Job summary

Personify Health is seeking an Associate Project Manager on the Implementation team to keep client go-live on track. You will support the full implementation lifecycle, build detailed project plans, and drive cross-functional accountability to ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead internal meetings, flag risks early, and audit new client setups to ensure accuracy before go-live. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in health insurance or healthcare benefits, with proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare benefits environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live.
• Build and own project plans coordinating with internal departments to set deadlines.
• Drive deadline accountability across cross-functional teams and elevate risks to leadership.
• Facilitate internal implementation meetings to surface blockers and drive solutions.
• Identify and manage risk and audit new client system setups prior to go-live.
