Qualifications

• Completed a B.S./M.S. in Healthcare Administration, PM or relevant equivalent.
• 5-9 years’ experience in Business Analyst, PM, Implementation, EDI or related roles.
• Coordinate integration discussions with third parties and manage testing.
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence and common collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: manage end-to-end data ops project delivery.
• EDI Configuration: ensure inbound/outbound EDI connections with partners.
• Change Management: facilitate client benefit changes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: define scope, objectives, success criteria.
• Risk Management: identify and mitigate project risks.
• Quality Assurance: ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Reporting & Metrics: provide status updates and KPIs.
• Process Improvement: enhance data-related workflows.
• Vendor Management: coordinate with external vendors as needed.
