Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive operational excellence by managing the startup of new accounts and leading corrective action plans across the region. You will operate as our Operations Implementation Manager and Onboarding & Operations Project Manager, collaborating with local teams to recruit, onboard, and train staff.

The role requires a 4-year degree, 5+ years in relevant fields, proficiency with ATS/CRM/HCM platforms, and willingness to travel up to 75%

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in operations management, project management, HR, or training.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and HCM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end startup of new accounts and corrective action plans across the region.
• Develop customized site procedure manuals and staffing schedules.
• Coordinate onboarding of frontline staff and leadership; drive training and metrics.
• Conduct 90-day post-implementation audits to evaluate efficiency and technology adoption.
