Job summary

Movable Ink is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive success for leading brands by launching personalized email and mobile programs using our AI and decisioning products. You’ll own projects end-to-end on the Studio and Da Vinci platforms and partner with clients and internal teams to translate goals into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience.
• Direct experience with enterprise mobile or email service providers listed in the ad.
• Strong understanding of the mobile and email marketing space and strategies.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, APIs).

Responsibilities

• Day to day point person and Project Manager for launching new clients, coordinating with teams and clients to meet deadlines.
• Understand client goals and implement use cases to drive measurable value from Movable Ink software.
• Build rapport with new clients and establish trust for ongoing partnerships.
• Lead platform training and promote best practices to accelerate launches.
• Collaborate with solutions developers, engineers, architects and product owners on technical solutions.
• Generate excitement about success and help clients reach KPIs.
• Configure and QA campaigns ahead of launches.
• Partner with sales and architects during implementation to retain and upsell accounts.
