Job summary

Movable Ink is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead new client launches on Studio and Da Vinci platforms, working with top brands to deliver personalized email and mobile campaigns. You will own projects, partner with clients and internal teams, and drive implementations from plan to completion.

Responsibilities include managing client goals, conducting platform training, solving technical challenges, and collaborating across sales, engineering, and product teams to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience.
• Direct experience with enterprise mobile or email providers.
• Strong understanding of mobile and email marketing space.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex topics to different audiences.
• Understanding of the technologies that underpin the modern web (HTML, JavaScript, APIs).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong technical affinity and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Day to day point person and Project Manager for launching new clients, communicating and collaborating with teams to meet deadlines.
• Understand client business goals and implement use cases to drive measurable value.
• Build strong relationships with new clients and establish trust.
• Provide platform training and advocate best practices for implementation.
• Lead and collaborate on technical solutions with engineers, architects, and product owners.
• Generate excitement about success and ensure goals/KPIs are met.
• Configure and QA campaigns ahead of launches.
• Collaborate with sales and architects during implementation to retain clients and upsell.
