Job summary

Movable Ink is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive launches for top brands, owning projects from kickoff to completion across the Studio and Da Vinci platforms. You’ll manage timelines, risk and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

You will translate client goals into actionable plans, coordinate with solutions engineers and product owners, configure campaigns, QA thoroughly before go-live, build trust with clients, and partner with sales to expand accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account, project, or implementation management.
• Experience with enterprise mobile or email service providers.
• Strong understanding of mobile and email marketing space.
• Excellent communication and ability to synthesize complex topics.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project manager for launching new clients; coordinate with internal and client teams.
• Understand client goals and implement use cases to drive value from Movable Ink products.
• Build rapport with clients and establish trust early in engagements.
• Conduct platform training and advocate best practices for implementations.
• Lead technical solutions with engineers, architects and product owners.
• Drive client success by achieving goals/KPIs and coordinating campaigns.
