Job summary

Movable Ink scales content personalization for marketers through data-activated content generation and AI decisioning. As an Implementation Manager you will lead client launches on the Studio and Da Vinci platforms, acting as a product expert and project owner.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to understand goals, develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure campaigns are thoroughly QA’d before launches, enabling measurable value and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience.
• Experience with enterprise mobile or email platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mobile & email marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of HTML/JavaScript/APIs.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day point person and Project Manager for launching new clients, communicating with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Understand client's business, program goals and objectives; implement varied use cases to ensure Movable Ink’s software drives measurable value.
• Build a strong rapport with new clients to create trust and long-term relationships.
• Perform platform training and evangelize best practices for implementation.
• Lead and collaborate on technical solutions with solutions developers, engineers, architects and product owners.
• Build excitement about client success and hit goals/KPIs.
• Configure and QA campaigns ahead of launches.
• Partner with sales and architects to retain clients and upsell.
