For our client, we are seeking a Implementation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive structured customer onboarding and implementation engagements that help enterprise clients successfully adopt and operationalize a modern technology platform. You will partner closely with customer stakeholders and internal account teams to align workflows, manage execution, and deliver scalable adoption outcomes. The position combines project leadership, process design, and cross-functional coordination, with a particular focus on translating customer needs into production-ready workflows and repeatable implementation frameworks. You will also help customers expand their use of AI-enabled capabilities while maintaining strong governance, clear communication, and operational consistency across a portfolio of engagements. Location: Remote. Compensation: $147,000 – $167,000 annually.
