Job summary

Storm3, a high-growth startup building AI workflows to accelerate healthcare operations, is seeking a Technical Implementations Manager to join the team. You will work cross-functionally with the CTO to onboard new customers and deliver end-to-end technical implementations.

You will translate clinical requirements into technical specs, collaborate with customers on data needs, and help scale deployments as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience working with healthcare data.
• Strong understanding of API-led integrations.
• Expert with AI-tooling e.g Claude Code, Cursor, Codex etc.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CTO on technical implementations with customers.
• Own delivery of workflows to onboard customers.
• Work closely with customers to understand their clinical data needs.
• Translate clinical requirements to technical specifications.
