Job summary

SWIVEL is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Manager to join our team. You will lead onboarding and implementation of products for diverse clients, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency across departments.

You will coordinate tasks, run meetings, train clients, analyze processes, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement with strong project management skills. This role requires collaboration across stakeholders and occasional travel to support projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least 3 years in project or account management.
• Working knowledge of IT project management.
• Expert in Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally or nationally.

Responsibilities

• Leads onboarding tasks, project meetings, tracks progress, and communicates updates to stakeholders; conducts software training for clients.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for implementation matters with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analyzes current processes and systems to identify improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Develops and implements change strategies to drive efficiency using best practices.
• Proactively identifies risks and issues and develops mitigation plans.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners to meet objectives.

A pivotal role in driving the successful execution of new and existing client product onboarding. Operating at the highest caliber, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of various products, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency across all departments.

Essential Duties Include The Following

• Leads onboarding tasks, project meetings, track progress, communicate updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability, and perform software training to all clients within your respective pipeline.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related matters, providing guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels.

• Develops and implements strategies to drive change and improve efficiencies, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.

• Provides regular reporting and analysis on project performance, including key metrics and KPIs, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Serious Candidates Will Possess The Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in General Business or business administration, project management, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of general experience in project management, account management, or related fields required.
• Working knowledge of IT project management.
• Expert in Microsoft Project.
• Proficient Adobe Acrobat skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
