Job summary

The Budd Group in Laurens, SC is seeking an Assistant Janitorial Manager to oversee daily operations across 4–6 local sites. You will supervise cleaning staff, coach on-site leaders, and ensure customer satisfaction with proactive quality checks.

This role requires 3–5 years of supervisory janitorial experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in MS Office and Gmail. A BA/BS is preferred or equivalent field experience, with a 2nd shift focus and occasional events.

What You Bring To The Team

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or janitorial operations, with a proven track record managing dispersed multi-site teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, customer-first mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred, or equivalent hands-on field experience.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Gmail applications.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (required for company vehicle operation).
