Job summary

Crelate in Eagle, ID, United States, is seeking an Implementation Lead to own highly customized client migrations and the onboarding journey. You will lead a small team, run data discovery, and shape end-to-end implementation processes from discovery to sign-off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing or migrating clients onto a CRM/ATS/HRIS as a vendor.
• Led on an implementation, onboarding or professional services team.
• Proficient SQL and data mapping across systems with differing schemas.
• Experience gathering client requirements and translating them into deliverables.
• Strong data validation, QA discipline and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Own complex migrations from discovery to final sign-off, including staging and QA.
• Shape onboarding and implementation journeys end-to-end with defined stages and gates.
• Lead a small team of implementation consultants and collaborate on hard problems.
• Run data discovery with clients and convert findings into actionable requirements.
• Lead data review meetings, explain trade-offs, and manage scope without harming relationships.
• Escalate when migrations fail or relationships sour, coordinating with engineering.
• Own project sizing and align estimates with sales on scope.
• Plan capacity and allocation across the team, flagging misalignments early.
• Work with developers on migration tooling and provide evidence to guide builds.
• Participate in daily standups and drive projects to completion.
