Benecard Services, LLC is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead client implementations from kickoff to delivery. You will gather requirements, coordinate stakeholders, and drive solutions that meet business needs efficiently and effectively.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to define scope, manage timelines, and maintain high levels of service and client satisfaction. Strong project management and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role.
• Prior project management experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and Salesforce experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for implementations and projects.
• Lead end-to-end client implementations ensuring scope and timelines are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans and status reports.
• Facilitate client and internal meetings to drive decisions.
• Gather and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver holistic solutions.
• Identify risks and dependencies and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Manage multiple implementations with quality and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and procedures.
