Job summary

TrackVia is seeking an Implementation Engineer to work with customers to architect customized TrackVia solutions. You will own the technical build end-to-end—from data modeling to complex workflow automation—and ensure a smooth deployment within customer environments.

You will manage multiple projects, design data models, build integrations (Workato, APIs, webhooks), and translate business needs into technical specifications while collaborating with success and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Strong data modeling and relational database design understanding.
• Experience with integration/automation platforms and multi-step automations.
• Ability to scope and troubleshoot API integrations (REST, webhooks).
• Translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Analytical, root-cause problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from scoping to launch.
• Design relational data models and multi-table architectures.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations and automations.
• Collaborate with customers on application improvements and deployments.
• Develop and refine project plans and architecture for applications.
• Provide visibility into project progress for stakeholders.
• Translate needs into precise technical specifications.
• Assist with deployment and user training on TrackVia platform.
• Contribute to process improvements and reusable patterns.
