Job summary

EngFlow GmbH is seeking an Implementation Engineer to be the technical voice for customers, helping teams integrate and optimize their build workflows within trial and production usage. Qualifications

• 3+ years in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles.
• Experience with developer workflows and build systems (Bazel or Buck/Buck2 a big plus).
• Proficiency in at least one language (Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript).
• Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment with Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift).
• Strong communication skills and ability to document complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for trialing and existing customers, guiding adoption and scaling of the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with build systems, integrations, and environments.
• Help customers optimize EngFlow products and ensure smooth adoption in developer workflows.
• Partner with Engineering to surface bugs, performance regressions, and feature feedback.
• Create and maintain internal and external documentation.
• Engage with the community via forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences.
• Contribute to operational excellence through tooling, metrics, and automation.
