Vertafore is seeking an Implementation Engineer to deliver value through implementation, configurations, and technical recommendations for key clients. You will collaborate across Customer Support, Account Management, Professional Services, and Product Management to guide clients and contribute to growth of the Services team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3.8 years in a technical, customer-facing environment.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Technically savvy with interest in technology and software knowledge.
• Strong experience with RDBMS data structures and database concepts, preferably SQL.
• Experience with JavaScript functions using jQuery.
• Experience with Web.config files with App Pools, End Points, App Settings.
• Experience with ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop forward-thinking, technical implementation recommendations aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Configure, create, and demonstrate technical components of the Vertafore product suite using system configuration, web services, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Configure data conversion environment and integration configurations for inbound and outbound based on implementation needs.
• Configure the product based on implementation requirements.
• Configure or design the required complex reports or integrations.
• Consume, configure and/or develop the product Web API based on customer requirements.
• Maintain industry and product expertise and proliferate knowledge internally and externally.
