Job summary

You'll work with Customer Support, Account Management, Professional Services, and Product Management to guide clients through deployment and ongoing success.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical problem solving, building best practices, and staying current with new releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-focused environment
• Insurance industry experience helpful
• Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries
• Experience with C, .NET, Java, PowerShell would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy software in customer environments per plans
• Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption
• Troubleshoot installation, upgrade, and config issues; identify root causes
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Support multiple concurrent implementations; manage priorities and timelines
• Participate in design discussions and risk identification
• Document procedures and configurations for knowledge sharing
• Provide technical guidance during implementation and post-deployment
