Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Centrix DTS product suite for financial institutions, driving strategy with internal and external partners. The role focuses on delivering high‑value experiences, reducing losses, and advancing AI-enabled capabilities across the product.

The ideal candidate has extensive software product management experience, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and a track record in leading teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s; or 3+ years with PhD.
• Experience in software product management is required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring of high‑performance teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excel and data analysis proficiency.
• Self-starter with the ability to deliver results independently.
• Experience with Pendo or similar analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Q2 product related solutions.
• Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, and financial forecasts for new products.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver product initiatives.
• Represent the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
• Communicate product strategy and business value to executives.
