Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Centrix DTS product suite. You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-value offerings for financial institutions of all sizes.

You will define and drive product strategy with internal and external partners, aiming to enhance customer service and reduce losses. This role involves guiding a major transformation of our dispute management solution and leveraging AI to build new experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master; or 3 years with a PhD.
• Proven experience in software product management.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Pendo).

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Q2 product-related solutions.
• Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, financial results, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to deliver initiatives.
• Represent the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executives and stakeholders.
