Deluxe Corporation is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead multiple customer implementation projects end-to-end, combining deep product expertise with project management, and collaborating with Sales, Product, Support and Engineering.

You will define milestones, drive go-live, provide post-sale consulting on Deluxe Payment Platform, and serve as a trusted advisor to ISV partners. You will translate customer feedback into meaningful product insights that improve onboarding and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in a customer-facing implementation consultant, managed services consultant, technical project manager or other technology consulting role.
• B2B SaaS environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects end-to-end with project management discipline.
• Define milestones, create comprehensive plans, and drive on-time go-lives and value.
• Provide customer-facing post-sale implementation consulting as a subject matter expert on Deluxe Payment Platform features.
• Serve as trusted advisor to ISV partners during implementation; coordinate with Product, Engineering and Sales.
• Provide partner enablement: clarify requirements, develop quick guides, test plans and go-live readiness.
• Improve customer onboarding by translating feedback into meaningful product insights.
