Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking an Implementation Specialist II to drive successful deployment of proposed solutions and configurations on client projects. You will manage multiple small projects, tailor base software to client needs, and ensure quality through testing and collaboration with the project team.

Strong communication is essential to report status and resolve issues. Ideal candidates have a IT/CS/Engineering background with relevant software implementation experience, plus familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Math, CS, Business or Eng with 2 years experience or HS/GED with 6 years experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Windows-based operating systems/networks.
• Experience implementing or supporting software solutions.
• 2 years in banking and/or payment processing preferred.
• Treasury Management.
• ECM Workflow.
• OnBase implementation/workflow experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement up to five small projects (every 100 hours or less) simultaneously; assist on larger, multi-resource projects.
• Collaborate with project team to prepare customer or internal systems by customizing base software and entering customer data per CRD and project documents.
• Test systems prior to delivery and during implementation; document defects and resolution approaches; work with team to resolve issues.
• Document, communicate status and help escalate issues internally.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or Engineering
