Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking an Implementation Specialist II to manage the successful implementation of Deluxe-proposed solutions on assigned projects, ensuring client billability and appropriate billing rates. You will prepare status reports for project managers, clients, and internal management.

Responsibilities include handling multiple small projects, customizing base software, testing systems, documenting defects, and communicating status to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or Engineering and 2 years experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and windows-based operating systems/networks.
• Experience implementing or support software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement up to five small projects (every 100 hours or less) simultaneously as well as upgrades up to 1000 hours. Assist on larger more complex projects that require more than one resource.
• Work with the project team to prepare customer or internal system by customizing base software application and entering customer-specific data according to the CRD and other project documentation.
• Test systems prior to delivery and during implementation at the client site or internally to ensure a quality product. Document defects and resolution approach. Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues.
• The document, communicate status and help elevate issues internally

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or Engineering

HS/GED with 6 years experience
