Deluxe Corporation is looking for an Implementation Consultant to deliver value to customers by leading multiple implementation projects. You will combine product expertise with project management discipline and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support and Engineering.

General knowledge of payments industry and APIs is vital. Own implementation projects end-to-end, define milestones, drive go-live, and manage risks with clear trade-offs.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or technical project management role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation projects from planning to go-live and value realization.
• Lead multiple customer implementations and coordinate with Sales, Product, Support and Engineering.
