Responsibilities

• Develop customer implementations that promote retention, loyalty, and long-term account health.
• Lead customer costs activities for cost estimation, quoting, pricing, and change management.
• Conduct training sessions, onboarding, and quarterly business reviews across multiple geographic markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to relay customer feedback and inform the Campfire solution roadmap.

Education

BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
