Job summary

A growing SaaS company in Phoenix is seeking an Implementation Consultant to ensure successful client implementation of software products. The role involves provisioning customer accounts, providing training, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Competitive salary and flexible PTO offered. This is a hybrid role with weekly in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year experience in a training or implementation role or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provision and configure new customer accounts.
• Provide consultative training on software to project stakeholders.
• Guide customers through the product while demonstrating best practices.
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Identify customer challenges and implement solutions.
• Manage work calendar and schedule of tasks.
