Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational transformation, project management, business analysis, change management, and/or management consulting.
• At least 3 years in a management consulting firm is required.
• Experience transforming operations, governance, and operating models.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and plans.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and demonstrate legal right to work in the U.S.
