Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experience in IT consulting, software implementation, or technical engineering.
• Native or professional fluency in English; French is a big plus.

• Confidence to guide customers toward efficient technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate intricate product rules into intuitive, interactive configurators.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, gathering requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations between Hive and clients' systems.
• Write clean, documented logic ensuring long-term scalability.
• Participate in support rotations to ensure user success.
