Job summary

Glidewell Dental is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Irvine, CA to manage stock, identify implant products, and prepare kits for orders. The role focuses on accurate receiving, storage, and retrieval of materials, plus cycle counting and error correction with guidance from Supervisors.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3+ years in stock/inventory, and basic customer service skills. Training and implant parts testing requirements are specified and expected to be completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Stock room or inventory experiences a plus.
• Minimum three (3) years equivalent work experience.
• Must successfully complete in-house training course.
• Must pass Implant parts, systems and sizes test with a passing score of 87%.
• Customer service skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify the quantity and units required for incoming work orders, emails, and/or cases.
• Open deliveries and confirm accuracy of shipments.
• Rotate incoming inventory.
• Identify all implant systems, products and product codes.
• Assemble product kits for customer orders.
• Stock and organize products in identified locations using FIFO.
• Manage stock control; receipt, storage, retrieval and delivery of goods.
• Conduct schedule cycle counting procedures.
