Job summary

Glidewell Dental is seeking a customer service specialist to support the dental team. You will answer inbound calls, provide product information, and update client data in the system. You’ll coordinate with dental technicians and managers to ensure accurate, timely service.

The role emphasizes problem solving, courteous communication, and adherence to policies. Dental background and relevant certifications are preferred; on-site presence in Irvine, CA, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of ACD experience and/or five (5) years of customer service experience or three (3) years in dental background.
• RDA, DA, or CDT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls and provide information on all products.
• Check ship dates and update new account information; input call notes in GCM.
• Communicate with customers, colleagues, dental technicians, and managers in a prompt, articulate manner.
• Comply with customer service policies and call center standards.
• Assist doctors on recommended products and case-specific advice.
• Make outbound calls on cases needing assistance.
• Maintain professional relationships with dental technicians and managers.
• Follow up on specific requests from doctors.
