Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage stock levels.
• Experience with Inventory Accuracy and Physical Inventory processes, including cycle counts and reconciliation of variances.
• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving activities, including inspection, documentation, and coordination with carriers.
• Comfort using inventory or ERP software, barcode scanners, and basic reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory as required, and follow all safety and handling procedures.
• Prior experience in medical device, surgical instruments, or related environments is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels for surgical instruments and implants.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure data integrity.
• Process shipping and receiving activities, verify incoming and outgoing shipments, and coordinate with carriers.
• Organize storage areas, ensure proper labeling and documentation, and uphold safety standards.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and update system data; support order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to meet demand and improve processes.
• Maintain clean, orderly inventory areas and follow quality procedures.
