Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject; teaching certificate not required.
• Completed structured-literacy training (LETRS, IMSE, Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, Fundations, UFLI, CERI, Neuhaus, SIPPS, Really Great Reading) or a master's in reading/literacy.
• At least 3 years working with children ages 4–9 in relevant settings.

Responsibilities

• Get every K-3 student to daily learning goals and close reading gaps.
• Lead app-based literacy sessions with 2–4 students, diagnosing gaps and delivering targeted sequences.
• Conduct morning launches, life-skills workshops, and check-chart activities.
• Maintain daily presence with students from launch to closing, guiding progress toward weekly goals.
• Screen and support students toward reading fluency and decoding development.
