Job summary

Healogics, the leading provider of advanced wound care in the United States, seeks a Registered Nurse to manage patient care at the Wound Care Center. The role includes intake/discharge processing, wound assessment, and collaboration with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The RN must have an active state license, BLS, and wound care experience. HBO duties and potential case management responsibilities may be part of the role, with training provided by Healogics.

Qualifications

• RN license in state must be maintained.
• ADN or BSN (BSN preferred) and wound care experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handle intake/discharge as assigned.
• Perform vein clinic duties after Healogics Vein Clinic training.
• Serve as case manager for a group of patients as assigned.
• Document care plans, assess wounds, and communicate with physicians.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
