Job summary

Healogics is the nation's leading provider of advanced wound care, delivering care to patients at hundreds of sites. The Registered Nurse will oversee patient care, intake/discharge, and may serve as Case Manager for a cohort of Wound Care Center patients.

The role requires an ADN, an active RN license, and preferred BSN with wound care experience. HBO training and teamwork across disciplines are required to ensure quality outcomes and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred; wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake/discharge per nursing standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after required training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients with assessments and care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement and educate patients/caregivers.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• Collaborate with providers and directors on clinic needs.
• May act as Documentation Assistant and perform other duties.
