Job summary

Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care in the U.S. With a focus on improving patient outcomes, this RN role supports Wound Care Center patients through intake, discharge and ongoing care.

The position requires an ADN and RN license; BSN and wound care credentials are preferred. Expect collaboration with physicians, training in HBO, and potential duties as a documentation assistant in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care and handles intake and discharge per standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after vein clinic training.
• Possibly serves as Case Manager for a group of patients.
• Participates in quality improvement, educates patients/caregivers, advocates for patients.
• Performs HBO-related duties after training.
• May serve as Hyperbaric Safety Director after training.
• Collaborates with healthcare providers and program/medical directors.
• May function as Documentation Assistant (scribe).
