Job summary

Healogics LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care at the Wound Care Center, handling intake and discharge processes and coordinating with clinicians to ensure quality outcomes.

The RN must hold an active state license and have BLS certification; BSN and wound care experience are preferred. The role may include case management responsibilities and HBO-related duties after training.

Qualifications

• RN with ADN or higher education and active state license
• BSN preferred for advancement
• Wound care or certification preferred
• Experience in wound care or case management is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge as assigned and according to standards
• Assist in vein clinic after specialized training
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients, including nursing assessments and care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education
• Performs HBO-related duties as trained, possibly as HBO safety director after training
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and program/medical directors to address clinic needs
• Potentially act as Documentation Assistant per policy
• Perform other duties as required
