Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 32-hour position at our Holyoke, MA wound care center.

You will deliver patient care, manage intake and discharge, and collaborate with the medical team to support optimal healing outcomes. Under the Wound Care Center leadership, you may assume case management duties, participate in quality initiatives, and assist in vein clinic responsibilities after training.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in MA.
• Wound care experience or certification preferred.
• BSN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Wound Care Center.
• Manage patient intake and discharge per policy.
• Assist in vein clinic after specialized training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients.
• Document care plans and communicate with physicians.
