Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts required.
• BSN preferred; Wound Care Certification preferred.
• Experience in medical/surgical, home health or wound care beneficial.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accrediting requirements for healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients per standards.
• Manage patient intake and discharge processes and documentation.
• Assist in vein clinic and participate in HBO-related duties as trained.
• Act as a patient advocate and coordinate care with providers.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and education for patients.
