Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; equivalent military experience may be considered.
• 0–2 years of relevant volunteer coordination or community engagement experience.
• Ability to pass CORI/background check.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policy; exemptions considered.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard volunteers through outreach and partnerships.
• Serve as primary contact for volunteers, managing inquiries, schedules, and appreciation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Development to create recruitment collateral and steward corporate, foundation, and individual donors.
• Track impact metrics, volunteer hours, and compliance in the Donor Management System.
• Represent the organization at community meetings, volunteer fairs, and regional networking events.
