Job summary

Transition Projects Inc. is seeking a Veteran Supportive Services Manager to lead staff delivering housing-related services for Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

You will oversee programs focused on income development, wellness access, benefits assistance, and outreach, ensuring coordinated service delivery across partners. The role requires strong leadership, partnership building, and program evaluation skills, with a focus on improving access to housing and supportive resources

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social services, leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage programs and develop policies.
• Experience working with homeless populations and veterans preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Wellness Access Specialists, Income Development Specialists, Benefits and Income Specialists (SOAR), and the Program Support Specialist serving Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
• Coordinate with VA facilities and community partners to strengthen service coordination and access to resources.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and performance monitoring to meet program goals.
• Lead annual Veterans Resource and Wellness Fair and on-site mobile clinic in collaboration with partners.
• Represent Transition Projects in Continuum of Care meetings and strategy planning.
