Job summary

Veterans Bridge Home is seeking an SSVF Program Manager to lead the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program in the Triangle area. You will ensure veteran-centered services, supervise staff, and manage grant operations to prevent homelessness among veterans and their families.

You will collaborate with Compliance and Finance, ensure VA regulations compliance, and drive performance using HMIS reports and Power BI-like tools for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in case management, human services, homelessness services, or a related field; leading or supervising staff.
• Experience managing federally funded grants, preferably VA programs, with grant compliance and reporting.
• Experience with HMIS or similar data systems and data quality monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the SSVF program in accordance with VA regulations and grant requirements.
• Develop annual program goals, operational plans, and performance objectives with the Triangle Market Executive Director.
• Monitor program performance and implement quality improvement to enhance veteran outcomes.
• Oversee program intake, eligibility determinations, referrals, and grant expenditures.
• Supervise assigned staff and foster a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
• Monitor housing outcomes, data quality, and performance reporting using HMIS and organizational tools.
