Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; LPN or RN license required.
• Healthcare/insurance industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and typing skills; ability to think critically.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular status updates to clients and ensure reports meet client and jurisdictional standards.
• Coordinate with physicians to obtain clarifications and ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Review reports for data accuracy, spelling, grammar, and adherence to state requirements.
• Oversee team work and drive process improvements to shorten turnaround times and improve client satisfaction.
• Approve final cases for release and coordinate quality issue reports with leadership.
