Job summary

Mindpath Health is seeking a dedicated Interventional Psychiatry Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine treatments in a supportive clinical setting. You will administer therapies, monitor responses, and coordinate patient care to ensure safe, effective treatment and a positive experience.

The role is full-time, 40 hours/week, onsite at our Ocoee office, with training provided for TMS certification and a strong emphasis on compassionate patient interaction within a mental health environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct patient care in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with patients experiencing anxiety and depression.
• EMR experience preferred (NextGen/AdvancedMD a plus).
• TMS Certification; training provided within 90 days if not already certified.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during TMS and esketamine treatments.
• Administer TMS and assist with esketamine per physician protocols.
• Prepare and maintain treatment equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Monitor vital signs and report concerns promptly.
• Document sessions in the EHR and record care interactions.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support patient treatment journeys.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and participate in quality assurance.
