Job summary

CCRES, in partnership with Great Valley School District, is seeking a Substitute Instructional Aide to cover absentee staff. You will provide instructional support to students, assist teachers, and supervise classroom technology. This role helps maintain continuity of education.

The hourly rate is $21.00, and the position supports students with 504/IEP plans, data collection, and clerical tasks. Prior public-school experience is preferred; clearances must be current, and you will join a

Qualifications

• Prior public-school experience and/or working with school-aged children in a licensed, certified, or registered provider setting - preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional assistance and support to students and professional staff.
• Assist students in organizational skills as directed by teacher.
• Guide students in activities which are designed and assigned by the teacher.
• Supervise and assist students with all forms of technology.
• Reinforce student education plans when necessary (504, IEP, GIEP, etc.)
• Report and/or collect data for educational or behavioral reasons.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
• Supervise students as needed during all school functions.
• Process and maintain confidential student records and information.
• Assist with student testing and supervision of testing environments.
• Schedule or organize meets as directed by teacher or supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by classroom teacher or supervisor.
