Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Background clearances: Must successfully pass a New Jersey criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering instructional activities and reinforcing learning concepts for individuals or small groups of students.
• Help maintain a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment.
• Support teachers with classroom preparation, student supervision, and routine daily activities.
• Foster positive, encouraging interactions with students to promote academic and social growth.
